We’re a family owned business and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for quickly selling your house whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just want to sell your house quickly for any number of reasons.
We provide win-win solutions to homeowners who want to sell their house quickly by buying the property for cash without agents, commissions, fees, or asking you to complete any repairs. We have helped many homeowners who wanted to sell their home quickly for a fair price and all cash.
Who We Are…
Doug Price – Owner
I was raised by my grandparents and my grandfather was a successful real estate investor, so I heard a lot of dinner table conversation around real estate. I guess it sunk in more than I thought because shortly after marrying my wife I quickly realized how much I enjoyed buying a fixer upper and breathing new life into it. That passion for seeing improved houses led me to start Journey Properties and it has been an honor to help so many homeowners who needed to sell property quickly. We have rapidly become the most trusted home buyer in the region and we look forward to being able to help you sell your property without the traditional hurdles found in real estate transactions. And if by chance I miss your call, I’m more than likely backpacking on the AT or trying to put a pin in a state I have not yet spent the night in. To date, I’ve spent at least one night in the back-country in around 20 states.
Will McNeill – Property Dispositions
During my time at Virginia Tech, I loved this area and knew I wanted to stay after graduation. I have always been passionate about studying personal finance and helping others achieve their goals. Since then, my primary focus is investing in the people and property of the Roanoke Valley. Over the years, Doug and I realized we have similar values and our goals are aligned. Before joining this team in mid-2022 I was involved in the building and construction industry, most recently in the roofing segment. I’m a lifelong resident of Roanoke Valley so being a part of a company that serves the community with direct investment was very important to me.
